From the U.S. to Asia and now the West Indies, the Animal Speak name has always been rooted in education. Through age-appropriate lessons— supported by our calm, well-trained therapy dogs—students learn how to practice compassion, kindness, and respect by understanding the fundamentals surrounding animal welfare, humane care and the environment.
As students strengthen these principles, they build skills that reach far beyond animals—supporting healthier relationships with one another, greater responsibility within their communities, and a deeper respect for the world around them.

The Love, Kindness & Respect program is an animal welfare and empathy education class delivered by Nevis Animal Speak. Each session is tailored to the participating grade level to ensure age-appropriate learning, discussion, and engagement.

Love, Kindness & Respect classes are available for all age ranges, from Kindergarten through Grade 6 and Form 1 through Form 6.”

SPECIALIZED PROGRAMS: Intervention programs focusing on "at-risk" youths, church youth groups, tourism outreach and more!

From basic behavior and training to general medical care, we look forward to helping you better understand the dogs and cats in your life!
THINK Before You Get a Pet 🐾
A short educational film for children & young adults This five-minute video was created to help children and young adults pause and THINK before bringing an animal into their lives — not after.
Through a blend of real-life images and experiences, the video gently explores both sides of pet ownership: • animals rescued from difficult situations • pets in need of medical care • and the joy of children playing, bonding, and growing alongside animals Using simple language and visual storytelling, the film introduces the core needs every animal depends on — clean water, healthy food, safe shelter, medical care, and love — while also encouraging deeper reflection with age-appropriate questions such as: • Do you have enough time to care for a pet every day? • Do you know how long your pet may live? • Are you ready to care for an animal for their entire lifetime?
While the message is accessible for young viewers, the intent is broader: to support parents, educators, and communities in teaching responsibility, empathy, and lifelong commitment to animals. This video is often used as a conversation starter — in classrooms, homes, and community programs — to help children and young adults understand that animals are not toys or temporary companions, but living beings who rely on us. Created by Nevis Animal Speak, this film reflects our ongoing mission to promote love, kindness, respect, and responsible pet guardianship for the next generation.
We invite adults to watch alongside young viewers, pause when needed, and use the questions in the video to start meaningful conversations that can change lives — human and animal alike.
